Welcome to mindful hypnotherapy and wellness.

I help people overcome stress and anxiety related issues in their lives though hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and CBT methods. My clients often experience very quick healing from their issues and are able to move forward positively with their lives free from the restriction of stress and anxiety. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, massage therapist, mediation teacher and I study Buddhism, so I have a range of tools to further assist my clients, no matter what their issue.

We begin with a FREE 15 minute phone, in person (Gold Coast) or skype consultation to discuss a few details and explain how hypnotherapy can help you.
Our hypnotherapy sessions vary from person to person. Some people may only need 1 or 2 sessions, some people may require more depending on a number of factors. This will all be discussed in our intitial session.

The first half of the session is focused on information gathering and exploring the particular issue thoroughly. We also work on getting clear about your goals. I practice person centred counselling, so you are always in control and you are the one with all the answers. I just guide you.
The second half of the session is when you are able to experience a very peaceful and relaxed state of hypnosis. It’s in this relaxed state that you enter a Theta brainwave which is a highly suggestable state and the ideas and goals that we discussed in the first part of our session is then suggested to the mind in that trance state where there is no resistance from the conscious mind, making it much easier to achieve your goals.

You are given a hypnosis recording and a few other tools to help support you in between sessions.
