Meditation can be a truly positive experience when you expect it to be and in these times of uncertainty, regular meditation practice can be the key to staying calm and positive, which should make meditation practice something to look forward too!
How meditation can help during times of uncertainty
When you switch your focus to your breathing and stay focused on the breath, allowing everything else to drop away as soon as it arises, even just for 10 minutes, then that’s 10 minutes you have taken control of where your focus is.
