For Pain-If you need something stronger than a regular remedial massage for pain and muscular skeletal issues (including frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, back and neck pain), then dry needling and cupping can be added on request.

Lomi Lomi Massage (1.5hrs):
- Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage known for its long, flowing strokes that mimic the rhythmic movements of ocean waves. This technique promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension, and enhances the body’s natural healing abilities.
Energy Healing:
- Included throughout the massage to help balance your energy centers, release blockages, and promote a sense of inner harmony and peace.
Crystal Healing Acu Therapy (30 minutes):
- Experience the profound healing properties of crystals strategically placed on and around your body, including stimulation of acu points. This session aims to align your energy, clear negativity, and promote a sense of clarity and well-being. We may incorporate trigger points which helps to align and balance you and unblock any energy that needs to be released.

Customized Consultation (10 minutes):
- Prior to your session, I will have a quick chat with you to focus on what needs to be focused on, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience.

What is Lomi Lomi Massage?

Lomi Lomi is a beautiful, healing full-body experience. Traditional Lomi Lomi uses lots of flowing, rhythmic, continuous strokes resulting in a hypnotic, truly relaxing experience.

I use organic coconut oil and there is lots of hands-on energy healing throughout this treatment, so it’s good to set an intention for the massage. Perhaps releasing what no longer serves you, or removing any blockages or healing self worth issues. Lomi Lomi is great for removing those energy blockages stored in the body.

I was very blessed to be trained by Dawn Charlton who is the only authorized teacher who was trained by the keeper of this sacred lineage.
