Do you feel anxious at social gatherings?

Do you feel anxious at social gatherings?
For some people, social situations bring up intense feelings of fear, nervous energy, shaky hands, excessive sweating, headaches, and many other symptoms.
We are human beings and we like and need to connect as part of a healthy lifestyle, but for some people, early social engagements may not have been fun, safe or healthy. Bullying at school, being singled out and judged, are just some examples where social situations were not the fun, safe places that a child needed to experience in order to achieve healthy social interactions later on in life. Instead, those who experience social anxiety now avoid social gatherings as a way of not getting hurt again.
But it’s not to late to learn and change those behaviours learnt as children.
Hypnotherapy is one of the quickest and safest ways to reframe and learn new ways of behaving in social situations. In hypnosis, when we practice new ways of behaving, (like being calm and breathing deeply in a social setting), then the subconscious remembers this next time and it will be easier to find ways of calming yourself down in the moment.
Hypnotherapy will help you to look forward to social engagements. It will help you to remain calm and present when speaking with people so you can feel confident in yourself. It will give you a whole new way of seeing the world in a much more positive light.
